How do customers contact my business?
Customers can contact you immediately via 1-click WhatsApp messaging, phone calls, or by visiting your physical location. We do not place barriers or take cuts from your direct sales.
How do the Digital Coupons work?
You configure your discount (e.g. 20% Off or EC$15 Voucher), expiration date, and claim limit. When a customer claims your offer, they receive a unique QR token code to present in person at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. Local corporate invoicing and direct bank transfers are also available for annual Premier partnerships.
